About the Galleri Test

The Galleri test uses next-generation sequencing to analyze cell-free DNA (cfDNA) isolated from peripheral whole blood. By identifying DNA methylation patterns unique to cancer, the test provides high sensitivity with a low false-positive rate. It is designed to supplement, not replace, routine cancer screenings like colonoscopies and mammograms.

How It Works

Contraindications

The Galleri test is not suitable for everyone. Individuals who fall into the following categories should not undergo testing:

Under 22 years old.
Pregnant.
Currently diagnosed with cancer (must be cancer-free for at least 3 years before testing).
